How Servo 5-Axis Glue Spraying Works

The KY-ZF-600A combines a servo module with five controlled axes. In practice this means the gun can travel along the X and Y directions, change height, and rotate for direct or side spraying. The spray height can be set from 1 mm to 150 mm, which covers shallow trays as well as deep lids and bases.

Beyond Straight Lines

Because paths are programmed rather than mechanically fixed, the same machine can glue rectangular lid-and-base boxes, book-style boxes, folding boxes, hexagon and octagon boxes, round boxes and irregular shapes. Decorative or functional patterns such as hearts, S-curves, circles, ellipses and five-point stars are also possible. This flexibility matters for gift packaging, cosmetics and premium electronics, where short runs and unusual shapes are common.

Hot Melt or Cold Glue?

The machine is compatible with both hot melt adhesive and cold glue, so the choice can follow your product rather than the equipment. Hot melt typically offers fast initial tack, which suits high-speed lines. Cold glue can be preferred when longer open time or specific board and wrapping-paper combinations require it. Fitting the Machine into Your Line

A glue sprayer rarely works alone. At the front, the feeding hopper can be connected to a feeder line or to an automatic lid-and-base machine. At the rear, the 1000 × 900 mm operating platform connects to a conveyor so glued boxes flow into assembly and forming.
