How the KY-550C Rigid Box Forming Process Works
Preparation
Prepare a flat rigid box assembly: V-grooved chipboard core with wrapping paper pre-glued on top.
Loading
Place the flat assembly onto the forming platform and align against the positioning guides.
Forming
Pneumatic arms fold all four sides simultaneously, pressing wrapping paper against chipboard walls.
Brush Rolling
Brush roller smooths adhesive bond across all surfaces, eliminating air pockets.
Ejection
Finished rigid box is ejected from the forming station, ready for quality inspection.
Entire cycle: 2.5 – 3.3 seconds per box = 18 to 24 boxes per minute
