The KY-1300 arrives on a single flat-rack container pallet with all sub-assemblies pre-fitted. Installation requires a level concrete floor rated to ≥2,500 kg/m², a standard 3-phase power drop within 5m, and a compressed air supply at 6 bar for optional pneumatic blade clamping. Full commissioning — including first-article slit testing and operator training — typically completes within two working days.
Remote after-sales support is provided via our dedicated technical portal, where engineers can access live machine diagnostics via the integrated IoT monitoring module (optional upgrade). Replacement blade cartridges, bearings, and drive belts are stocked at regional distribution points in Germany, the UAE, and the United States for next-day delivery to most locations.
